Most software for the trades is built for the office that trades
don't have — a dispatcher to work the console, an admin to chase
invoices, someone whose whole job is the software. The people who
actually needed help were the ones holding the wrench: quoting jobs
at 9pm, losing leads to voicemail, watching Saturdays evaporate to
no-shows with nothing collected.
RelayLeads' founder, TyGerr Farmer, lived that from
the tools side first — running
Farmer Systems & Construction, a security
and low-voltage contracting outfit, and
N-Home A/V, a smart-home integration and
lighting company, pre-wiring for builders and working jobsites
side by side with the trades. The missed calls, the unquoted
leads, the deposits never collected — those weren't user
research. They were his weeks.

So RelayLeads was built the other way around — from inside real
service businesses, one trade at a time. The first operators on the
platform weren't beta signups; they were the crews he already
worked alongside: D&J Electric,
Amigos Tires,
and Atlanta Movers.
Every vertical ships as a playbook — the
intake form, pricing model, and booking flow that trade actually
needs, refined against their real jobs. We even run RelayLeads on
RelayLeads: every signup lands as a lead in our own pipeline,
worked through the same next-step queue our operators use.
RelayLeads is a product of Farmer Media, LLC,
made in Denver, Colorado.
